Is a Tesla center console organizer worth it?
Yes if you actually use the bin. Buy the tray cut for that console — Highland and Juniper Prem/Perf share a deeper bin. Juniper Standard is a different tray. Pre-refresh is a third shape.

The short version
Worth it if keys, cards, and sunglasses live in the bin. Skip it if the hole stays empty. The tray is a drop-in. No tools. Sliding double-layer trays need a clear console; dump the junk first.

Highland 3 and Juniper Prem / Perf share a deeper bin. Wigoo is Best Overall there — a 4-piece set (sliding double-layer tray, armrest tray, cup holder, hidden storage). Motrobe is the same job. Spigen’s console + armrest organizer is a third Prem/Perf SKU, not the TO240H lid cover.
Juniper Standard is a different bin. None of those Prem/Perf trays drop in. The Standard tray on the ranking is LUCKEASY. The Spigen armrest cover TO240H and Jowua under-screen station are all-trim Highland / Juniper cards — those are not trays.
Late-legacy sliding console (2021–23 Model 3 / 2021–24 Y) is Spigen console + armrest. The 2017–20 Model 3 flip-up / 2020 Y rotary tray is JOJOMARK. A listing that says it fits every 3 and Y from 2017 through 2026 is the one to walk away from.
